Return Policy (EU & USA)
We want you to love your LuxedHouse purchase. If you’re unsatisfied, here’s how we handle returns for customers in the European Union (EU) and the United States (USA).
For EU Customers
(In compliance with EU Consumer Rights Directive)
1. Right to Withdraw
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund.
- Exceptions: Custom-made/personalized items, final sale products, and opened/used goods (unless defective).
2. Return Process
- Notify us via WhatsApp or email within 14 days of delivery.
- Return items in original condition, packaging, and with proof of purchase.
- Use the EU Withdrawal Form (optional but recommended).
3. Refunds
- Refunds issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Defective/Damaged Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.
For USA Customers
(Aligned with FTC guidelines and state laws)
1. Return Window
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Exceptions: Custom-made items, final sale products, and opened/used goods (unless defective).
2. Return Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Ship items in original packaging with the RA number visible.
3. Refunds
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
- Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective/incorrect.
4. Damaged Items
Report damage within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement.
General Notes for All Regions
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized, final sale, or hygiene-sensitive products.
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
- International Returns: EU/USA customers must comply with the above policies. Customers outside these regions, contact us for guidance.
